Landscape Geoinformatics Lab

The Landscape Geoinformatics Lab focuses on sustainable landscape planning and resource management using geospatial analysis, machine learning, and modeling.
They are an interdisciplinary group aiming to provide novel geospatial data analysis and modeling methods to discover and better understand landscape processes and interrelations. They are interested in applying innovative geospatial tools and techniques to improve sustainable water and land resource management under changing climate and increasing population. With their work, they are pushing the boundaries of spatial big data analysis tools and methods.

The workgroup is led by Associate Professor Evelyn Uuemaa (evelyn.uuemaa@ut.ee).
